Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email.
You can use this ID to:
● Track your shipment on our website
● Check updates through the courier partner’s tracking page
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
● Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times
● If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:
○ The shipment returns to origin
○ Re-shipping will be done only after reconfirmation
Transit Damage or Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged:
● Report within 48 hours of delivery
● Provide a valid, unedited unboxing video along with clear photos
● Email your claim to support@techoriginals.in
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Shipping Coverage
● We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India
● International shipping is not available currently
